Extreme Bhut Jolokia (a.k.a. Naga / Ghost) Chilli Sauce
If you find most chilli sauces too mild (or if you have a mate who claims they do), then this is the sauce for you.
100ml of the hottest sauce I've ever tasted. NOT FOR THE WEAK!
There is no chilli extract in this product - it is dried Bhut Jolokia chillies, red peppers, cider vinegar, lemon juice and a little salt.
Winner of a Gold Star, Great Taste Award 2010.
Jaime Oliver rates the South Devon Chilli farm (where this sauce is made) as producing the best chilli grown in the UK.
Subject No.1 (Hot sauce novice, prefers sweet or mild flavours)
"I'm not eating that. Seriously! There's a skull and crossbones! And... Oh my god, it smells like it would kill me! Take it away!"
Subject No.2 (Hot sauce enthusiast, likes it spicy, likes the 'respect' it earns him even more)
"Hoah... Wow... That's the... *panting for breath* HOLY SHIT, WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO MY FACE?! BRING THE MILK!"
Subject No.3 (Native of India, raised on spice. Probably given chilli peppers as teething toys when he was a toddler)
"Mmmhmm... That's got a real kick! Very strong, intense... But there's flavour here too. The thing is... most people will never taste the tangy fruitiness here. They'll be too busy dying. But it's actually quite tasty."
